The trainees are prepared to play strategic roles in the Company, with perspective to also work inside ArcelorMittal Group, one of the world’s largest steelmaking groups.


Pre-Requisites:
• be fluent in English, in addition to basic knowledge of French and Spanish;
• leadership, creativity, business-oriented profile and skill for team work;
• availability to live in Timóteo, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Vitória, Porto Alegre and/or abroad.

Qualification and Development Program:
ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's trainee will have the opportunity to attend theoretical training and practical experiences at the only special steel producer in Latin America. The applicants selected will learn about the new processes and our working structure, develop personal and management competences and attend on-the-job training, a daily working experience in their areas of expertise.

Training:
The training has a duration of 12 to 18 months covering theoretical and practical contents as well as ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil’s routine.

Selection Process:
• Analysis and triage of CVs
• English test
• Group dynamics
• Psychological evaluation
• Technical interview by ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil
• Admittance medical examination
