Apprentice Program
Nowadays, the concept of professional formation goes way beyond just preparing people to operate machines and equipment. Professional formation means invest not only in learning a trade, but mainly in knowledge, which enables human being to create and transform the reality.

ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's Professional Formation Center is following this track. It makes available state-of-the-art equipment and software, highly qualified technical team and teaching material updated on a yearly basis. All that allied to a proposal to invest in human being as an agent that kindles continuous changes. Men and women are prepared for a competitive market that demands more and more competence, knowledge and business-oriented attitude.

For the Apprentices, the experience at ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's Professional Formation Center, in addition to preparing workers for the working market it contributes to build values to personal and professional life.

The students have theoretical and practical classes. They participate actively in QCC programs, Safety, Quality and Physical Exercise at Work. They attend supervised probation for six months in the departments of the Company.

• General Mechanics (29 jobs)
• Electro-electronics (16 jobs)

Selection process for the Apprentice program:
• Dissemination of the selection process;
• Enrolment;
• Knowledge exams - Math and Portuguese tests;
• Psychological Evaluation;
• Technical Interview;
• Medical Examination.
