Mood Research
The mood research program has been carried out in ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil since 1995. It is a valuable tool to identify the collective perception of the employees as regards some factors that interfere in their satisfaction and in-house environment. With the results generated by this process, the Company is able to identify the items that have to be developed. And each management is responsible for drawing up action plans with the aim to enhance the positive perception level in respect to the organizational mood.

QCC - Quality Control Circles
This program was implemented in 1983 and is a powerful tool that enables the Company to take the most from its employees’ creative potential. Through QCC, ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil opens space to volunteers to discuss technical problems and to bring solutions to process improvements.

QCC affords the employees not only professional and personal growth but also gives them the opportunity to have their ideas shared and used by the Company, Sixty-two percent of the employees effectively take part in this project.


Cosis - Six-monthly In-house Symposium
Created in 1971, the in-house symposiums offer opportunities to all employees of the Company, regardless their position/occupation, to present technical projects. The program creates a favorable environment for continuous professional improvement and the Company’s performance enhancement as regards quality, productivity, product development, process, equipment and new methods.

Integration Project
It consists of actions that promote the integration between ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil, the employees and their relatives, such as: bike rides, employees’ birthday, jubilee celebration (10th, 20th and 30th anniversary of the employees working at the Company), Best of the Year Award, end-of-the-year party, Challenge (sport championship), etc.

PME - Team Performance Goals
The objective of this program is to recognize team effort and to kindle team participation to achieve the goals. It is not another remuneration means, but a way of deepen more and more the relationship between company and employee and to confirm the actions for human growth.
