The ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's Fiscal Council is composed by at least three and the maximum of five effective members and equal number of substitutes, elected through the Ordinary General Meeting to a mandate of one year, to be terminated in the next Ordinary General Meeting.
The members were elected on 04/25/2007 with a mandate until the next Ordinary General Meeting of 2008:
Patrícia Dias Fernandes
Graduated and Master in Economics and MBA in Finance from UFRJ (Rio de Janeiro Federal University).
Currently working in the Capital Market, in the Follow up and Portfolio Management Department and in the industrial area, Project Viability Analysis Department of great impact in the siderurgy, metallurgy and mining sectors at BNDES. She worked at the Aerus Social Security Institute in the analysis of economical and sectorial conjuncture. Also worked as a consultant in the Innovation Economy Group of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/ Institute of Economics. Previous to that worked as Corporate Manager at ABN Amro Real Bank.
Ricardo Oliveira Azevedo
Graduated in Business Administration from Unified Studies Association of the Federal District – AEUDF – Specialized in Finance Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He works currently at Postalis as advisor for the Finance Director for, he is in charge of analysis, follow up and draw up of supporting jobs to the Finance Board. Worked as Administrative Coordinator at the Tancredo Neves Institute.
Raul Gomide
Mr. Gomide is member of Arcelor's Audit Committee since 1999, where he worked in many different functions from 1958 to 1993. He was also Managing-Partner at Gomide & Pires Serviços e Representações Ltda. He has a bachelor degree in Accounting Science from Faculdade de Ciências Contábeis de Caratinga and in Business Administration from Faculdade de Administração de Governador Valadares.
Wilson Neves dos Santos
Graduated in Business Administration from SOBEU, Post graduation University Teaching Methodology – UNIGRANRIO, MBA in Business Management with emphasis in Business from Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Extension Business Administration Program from Cândido Mendes and Specialization Course in Business Counselor for IBGC-SP.
He is member of the Curators Council of the Eletronuclear Medical Aid Foundation and member of the Deliberative Council of the Social Security Foundation - Real Grandeza. Previously, held several leadership positions at Eletrobrás Termonuclear S.A and at Furnas Centrais Elétricas S.A.
