President: Jean-Yves André Aimé Gilet
Mr. Gilet is the President of the Administrative Council of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil and responsible for Arcelor Group stainless steel business in the world.
Previously, Mr. Gilet was appointed Chairman and CEO of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil and in Usinor Group he served as Strategy and Planning Director of the Group, International Affairs Director, and as CEO of La Meusienne, Imphy S.A. and Ugine Savoie.
Mr. Gilet graduated in Engineering from École Polytéchnique (France).

Paulo Roberto Magalhães Bastos
Mr. Bastos is Vice-President of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil. He was manager of Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Mill and also manager of Flat Products – Stainless, Silicon and Carbon Steels. In 1994, he was invited to take part of the Industrial Board of Directors of Eletrometal, a company controlled by ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil.
Two years later he returned to ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil to take over the Infra-structure Superintendence. In 1999, he was appointed Superintendent of Flat and Carbon Products. In November 2002, he assumed the position of Operations Director of the Company.
Mr. Bastos is also Director of the Association of Metallurgy and Materials (ABM). He graduated from ‘Escola de Minas’ in Ouro Preto in 1977 as Metallurgical Engineer, and his academic formation includes a Master’s Degree in Physics, from the Universidade Federal of Minas Gerais, concluded in 1979, and an Advanced Management Program (PGA), from Fundação Dom Cabral/Insead, in 1996.

Graduated at the University of Hamburg in Macroeconomics. He started his career at the Landesbank Kiel on Strategy and Product Development. He held management postions in Controlling and Pricing at IBM. He was Treasury Director for Northern Europe and Financial Director of Eko Stahl, where he was in charge of all financial functions including Legal Affairs and Audit. Nowadays, he is Director of the Program Office that is integrated with the of Flat Business Management at Luxembourg, leading the optimization of the SG&A of the sector.
Suzana Fagundes Ribeiro de Oliveira
Mrs Fagundes holds a Bachelor´s degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and attended specialization course in Commercial Law and Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She also holds a Master degree in Law (LL.M.) from Northwestern University School of Law and a specialization certificate in Business Administration from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
She served, through Pro Jus S/C Advogados, as Legal Consultant for the Acesita Group and, at this Company, later, she managed the Legal Department. She worked at Shearman & Sterling in the Capital Markets Department, in New York. After that, she served, at Machado, Meyer Sendacz e Opic, as Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Department and, later on, in charge of the Belo Horizonte Office. She is currently responsible for the Legal Department of ArcelorMittal Brasil in South and Central Americas.

Gilberto Audelino Correa
Graduated in Business Management from Accounting Sciences and Management University of Votuporanga - SP, Mr. Corrêa is a member of Council of Administration of the Road Concession Company (CCR) and he held the positions of Financial Director and Investor Relationships and Human Resources and Management Director at rcelorMittal Inox Brasil between 2002 to 2007.
He also acted as Investment Manager of PREVI, pension fund of the Bank of Brasil's employees from 2000 to 2002. During that time he acted as director for several special purpose companies (SPCs) that hold civil society participation of the PREVI and a member of the Council of Administration of the Guaraniana Group Companies (current Neoenergia), Sauípe S.A., Bahia state Electricity Company (Coelba), Telemar and Valepar, several positions at the Bank of Brazil such as Head of Internal Audit and Executive Manager (1970-1999).
Márcio Lima Leite
Mr. Leite holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from PUC - MG, and a Law degree from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos (Law School). He holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Administration, with specialization in Finances from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG. He worked with tax consultancy involving tax issues in Brazil and abroad (Italy, Argentina and Venezuela). He also accomplished consultancy societária involving scission, incorporation, mergers, joint venture and shareholders' agreements operations in Brazil and abroad. He was part of the commission to coordinate taxes of Anfavea, which involved constant discussions together with the government organs.
He has been working as a Tax Planning and Fiscal Accounting Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, IETEC, UFMG and PUC - MG since 1997.
Daniel Antônio Cabral de Vasconcelos
Mr. Vasconcelos is the Cost Accounting Manager of V & M do Brasil S. A. He holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from PUC - MG, and has more than 18 years of experience in Finance, Accounting (external audit) and Management area acting in national and multinational companies. He started his career as an audit trainee in 1990, working as assisting auditor, senior and supervisor, reaching the managerial position in 1997.
He acted as independent auditor for 16 years in international auditing firm (KPMG), reaching the position of Audit Director in the Belo Horizonte office. Between 2005 and 2006, he was a director at the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil - Regional Minas Gerais. He has wide experience in auditing open capital and regulamented activities companies. Mr. Vasconcelos has also participated in trainings, seminars and business events related to the audit and accounting area in France and Luxembourg.

Raul Gomide
Mr. Gomide is member of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's Audit Committee since 1999, where he worked in many different functions from 1958 to 1993. He was also Managing-Partner at Gomide & Pires Serviços e Representações Ltda. He has a bachelor degree in Accounting Science from Faculdade de Ciências Contábeis de Caratinga and in Business Administration from Faculdade de Administração de Governador Valadares.

Guilherme Augusto Nunes Câmara
Graduated in Business Administration from SOBEU, Post graduation University Teaching Methodology – UNIGRANRIO, MBA in Business Management with emphasis in Business from Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Extension Business Administration Program from Cândido Mendes and Specialization Course in Business Counselor for IBGC-SP.
He is member of the Curators Council of the Eletronuclear Medical Aid Foundation and member of the Deliberative Council of the Social Security Foundation - Real Grandeza. Previously, held several leadership positions at Eletrobrás Termonuclear S.A and at Furnas Centrais Elétricas S.A.

Clênio Afonso Guimarães
Mr. Guimarães is Production Director of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil. He acted as Continuous Improvement Manager, Melt Shop Manager and served as General Manager of Stainless Steels. From 1995 to 1996, he was Assessor of the Presidency of Sifco, a Company then controlled by Acesita (currently ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil). He holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Federal University of Ouro Preto, and a post graduation in Marketing Management from UBEC (former Unileste/MG), and in Business Management from Dom Cabral Foundation. He currently participates in the Pioneer Course of ArcelorMittal University (Leadership Development Program).
Guy Lucien André Broutechoux
Mr Broutechoux took office as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in November 2007. He holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from University of Metz, in France. He occupied several managerial positions in the financial area of Companies controlled by the Usinor Group. From 1989 to 1995 he served as Administrative and Financial Director in Companies controlled by the Group in Italy and France. In 1998, he served as Administrative and Financial Director at Thainox, a cold rolled stainless steel producer in Thailand. In 2000, he assumed the position of Chairman at Alessio Tubi, a pipes producer in Italy. He started at ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil as Superintendent of Controlling and Accounting in 2003.
Rui Santiago
Mr. Santiago is Administration and Human Resources Director. He graduated in Metallurgical Engineering at Minas Gerais Federal University. At ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil, Mr. Santiago has already acted as Manager of the Reduction, Meltshop and Steelworks mill, Industrial Director of Sifco, Superintendent of the Basics Products and Superintendent of the Silicon Steel Products.
Sérgio Augusto Cardoso Mendes
Mr. Mendes is Commercial and Services Director, and previously occupied the position as Commercial and Logistics Director. Mr. Mendes occupied several positions at CST; he served as Sales & Technical Assistance Engineer and Advisor to the Commercial Director at Ferbasa – Cromita do Brasil S.A., as well as Sales Engineer at Cia. Siderúrgica Paulista – Cosipa. He graduated in Industrial Metallurgical Engineering at the Volta Redonda School of Industrial Metallurgical Engineering.
